Indian Creek Electric’s (ICE) electrical construction group has more than three (3) decades of experience in commercial and industrial electrical construction contracting. That’s a lot of knowledge!

The largest factor in our success has been our relationships with customers and the commitment to them by providing a quality, timely product every time.  We are also frequently called upon by our clients to design and establish the budgets for their electrical system installations.

These relationships have provided us opportunities to focus on industries with complex demands ranging from completion schedule to site shut down procedures. Our construction project resume includes integrated systems for an array of industries such as convenience stores, restaurant/retail fit outs, theaters, hospitals, healthcare facilities, housing developments, drug manufacturers and more.

Our reputation for successful outcomes on our projects has enabled our company to survive through the economical down-turn and servicing a five county area with most of our work being centered in the Southeast Corridor of Pennsylvania.  Though each industrial, commercial, and institutional experience has its own unique electrical construction demands, ICE has been able to provide the experience and knowledge needed to meet those demands and beyond.

Design / Build

Indian Creek Electric, Inc. offers design-build services to meet the demands and time constraints of today’s highly competitive marketplace. With design-build, the goal is to provide the customer a completed project in less time and with fewer change orders than the traditional plan/spec approach.

ICE’s engineers and project managers ensure that quality and safety are never compromised. Our experienced project managers ensure that value is delivered and ideas are built efficiently. A thorough understanding of codes, engineering concepts, and the entire construction process, as well as strong communication/negotiation skills and good old common, sense are required.

ICE can provide this service to our customers directly or through a general contractor. No matter what means, ICE delivers its design/build services professionally, and always with the customer’s budget and schedule in mind.
